What do candidates need to submit for references, and how will that information be used?

Submit only contact details of individuals who can serve as references, not recommendation letters. The recruiting team will reach out to a candidate’s references if the candidate makes it to the final round of recruitment.

What is the compensation?

DIL-India’s compensation is competitive with peer organizations in the development research and innovation sector. Candidates will be paid competitive industry rates for each position.
