What do candidates need to submit for References and how will that information be used?

Only contact details of the references are needed while applying, not recommendation letters. The recruiting team will reach out to the references if the candidate makes it to the final round of recruitment.

What is the compensation?

DIL-India’s compensation is competitive with peer organizations in the development research and innovation sector. Candidates will be paid competitive industry rates for each position.
